Coastal Care Navigators are skilled professionals and volunteers from different disciplines (advance illness doulas, social workers, bereavement counselors, etc.) and they will guide you and advocate for you and your family.

Facing a serious illness can be stressful and overwhelming for you and your family. While you navigate the healthcare system there are many other factors that can bring you concerns. Our Coastal Caregiver Navigators offer an understanding ear about your struggles and offer education and guidance on community resources so you and your family can get the support you need to make your life a little easier.
