Engaging in grief work can lead to self-discovery\, self-reflection\, introspection\, transformation\, and healing. Our support group members report a strong positive impact based on both the psycho-educational aspects of groups and the “haven” setting we provide for emotional expression and release of feelings. Engaging in grief work can lead to self-discovery\, self-reflection\, introspection\, transformation\, and healing.
