Grief Support

Grief is the normal and natural response to the loss of someone or something important to you. It is a natural part of life. Grief is a typical reaction to death, divorce, job loss, a move away from family and friends, or loss of good health.

Each person's grief is unique. Qualified Coastal Hospice grief counselors provide education and support to individuals and families as they cope with the emotional, social and financial stresses associated with life-limiting illness and the loss of a loved one.

Coastal Hospice grief support events are open to anyone in the community, whether or not Coastal Hospice cared for their loved one.
