From the Western Shore
Take Route 50 East toward Ocean City. Stay on Route 50 East (DO NOT TAKE EXPRESSWAY) to downtown Salisbury. After crossing bridge in downtown Salisbury, get in left lane. Turn left off of 50 onto Division Street. Go through traffic light and turn left at the second 4 way stop sign at Division Street and Union Avenue. Turn right at Emerson Avenue (just past the school). Stay on Emerson Avenue until you see the Coastal Hospice at the Lake sign on the left (on the same sign as Deer's Head Hospital Center). Turn left at the sign. Follow road all the way to the front of Deer's Head Hospital Center (white columns with steps). Parking is available in the designated Visitors Parking at the end of the road. Go in the front door (white columns with steps) to the front desk. Please stop there for a visitor's pass. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and follow signs to Coastal Hospice at the Lake.

From 50 West (Ocean City)

Route 13 South to Salisbury. Drive past Pep Boys on right. Go over railway overpass. Turn right onto Union Avenue. Turn right onto Emerson Avenue (just past the school). Stay on Emerson until you see the Coastal Hospice at the Lake sign on the left (on the same sign as Deer's Head Hospital Center). Turn left at the sign. Follow road all the way to the front of Deer's Head Hospital Center. Parking is available in the designated Visitors Parking at the end of the road. From Route 13 South (Southern Virginia, Princess Anne)
Route 13 North to Salisbury. Drive through downtown Salisbury. Go past the E.S. Adkins building. Past next traffic light, turn left off of Route 13 onto Union Avenue. Turn right onto Emerson Avenue (just past the school). Stay on Emerson until you see the Coastal Hospice at the Lake sign on the left (on the same sign as Deer's Head Hospital Center).
